Welcome to DeWitt Lacrosse

The purpose of DeWitt Lacrosse is to organize and operate a nonprofit, recreation club, which shall be organized and operated exclusively to provide the participants with the fundamental skills required to play lacrosse and to promote the spirit and sportsmanship of the game of lacrosse.

Scrap Metal Fundraiser

The DeWitt Lacrosse Club will be holding a scrap metal fundraiser on March 24, 2012. Donate your scrap metal to help support the lacrosse program. More information will be forthcoming.

Equipment Swap

If you have any lacrosse equipment that you would like to donate to others, or are in need of equipment to get started with lacrosse, please stop by:

Saturday, February 4th
Dropoff: 10:00 am to Noon
Pickup: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

This is an opportunity to reduce the cost for some of the newer players just getting into the game.

Lacrosse Instruction by Varsity Players

Varsity players had an opportunity to demonstrate basic lacrosse skills to 5th thru 8th grade students. This hands-on instruction took place during gym class periods in January 2012.



Academic All-State DeWitt Lacrosse Team

On August 25, 2011, Senator Judy Emmons welcomed the 2011 DeWitt High School lacrosse team to the Michigan Senate. Emmons presented the team with a special tribute recognizing them for achieving Division II First Team Academic All-State Honors for the second year in a row.
